Science in Kitchen

Students from secondary section Oranges and Sunshine to Swadha group has done science in kitchen by doing following activities –

They have observed solubility of various kitchen stuff (spices) like oil, salt, turmeric  etc.
Observed solubility of sugar in hot and cold water.
They have done different cooking techniques by using potato i.e boiling in a vessel, boiling in pressure cooker and roasting.
These activities have enabled them to enhance their skills and scientific aptitude.
